Job Description
•Understand the needs of the customers through effective listening and questioning skills.
•Obtain client information by doing the following:
oAnswering telephone calls.
oInterviewing clients.
oVerifying information.
•Deal with all calls politely, courteously, professionally, and assertively.
•Update job knowledge by:
oStudying new product descriptions.
oParticipating in educational opportunities.
•Adhere to the following:
oAgreed processes.
oMeet required work standards, targets, and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
•Graduate of at least 2 years of college education of any IT-related courses, or has a vocational/training diploma/certificate related to IT.
•Computer literate.
•Strong analytical and planning skills;
•Good communication and presentation skills;
•Excellent problem-solving skills.
